About Timeline Presenter

Timeline Presenter is an application which turns a Microsoft Project Plan into a Timeline. It was born out of a lack of simple tools to generate a Timeline on the PC based on the finish dates in a project.

Timeline Presenter Features:

  - Step forward or back in timeline. (Use arrow keys, space/backspace or mouse buttons)

The following constraints exist in the trial:

Added Ability to show only milestones

Broadens Timeline Presenter from just Project - use it for any timeline, log files etc!
- Supports multiple delimitors
- Updated the scale for hours/mins/seconds and expanded the interval field for a day
- Timeline shows time on the axis for hour/min/sec scales
- Lets you optionally set columns for resources or milestones
- Supports all .NET date formats, plus "dd/mmm/yy:hh:mm:ss" (apache logs), integer based time series (date) and hourly time series in seconds
- For text files, milestones are integers >0 or non empty strings
- Enter a range of columns for data
- Supports a regular expression for matching or exclusion of data in the file
- Defaults to respecting quotes (double and single) as whole entities. Adding quotes to delimitor disables quote handling.
Changed End Date to represent the end of the day instead of the start of the next day
Fixed Reset Time button to ignore unselected timelines
Added Zoom In/Out Buttons for finer control
Improved error handling under oversized bitmap conditions
